Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer
For more than 20 years, Dave has developed innovative, technology-driven programs for a broad range of clients, making Multimedia Plus the foremost provider of learning and communications solutions and a resource for market intelligence. Dave oversees all company operations. Prior to founding Multimedia Plus, Dave worked at Ann Taylor in a variety of roles, from systems training and support to video production. Dave earned a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from New York University and graduated with honors from The Stern School of Business.
Chief Creative Officer / President
Jodi is the reason every Multimedia Plus program feels as if it was created by an in-house agency. She leads all of the design and production aspects of our work. She brings her expertise to the engagement by acting as a brand strategy consultant at the design stage of each program. She can articulate a client’s important messages in a language that inspires selling. She stays focused on the performance goals of every program. Her teams create engaging and informative education in any brand filter from fast fashion to luxury.
Chief Financial Officer
Anthony DeLuca has extensive operational and financial experience in the retail industry, with leadership roles at companies including CFO at Design Within Reach; Director of Finance at Burberry Limited; Controller, Wholesale Division at Bally Inc.; and Controller at Hermes of Paris. He is known for his keen ability to support company growth internationally, and has a strategic understanding of the complexities of global brands. Anthony is a CPA and holds a BBA in Public Accounting Pace University, Lubin School of Business.
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Robert has a proven track record in retail, media and other service industries driving sales and managing large teams. Leading the team that will execute our next phase of growth and expansion, Robert will use his understanding of SaaS and multi-product technology to ensure we are a market leader. His previous positions include SVP of Fashion Snoops, VP of Sales at Stylesight, and VP of Sales at WGSN. Robert holds a degree in Computer Science from St. John’s University.
Vice President of Content
Ellen is a strategic thinker and understands how to create content that educates, entertains and empowers. Her deep knowledge of the retail industry helps clients to effectively use content to further connect with associates and ultimately their customers. Ellen has held senior level positions at a variety of retailers, including Vice President, Recruitment at Saks Fifth Avenue, and Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Brooks Brothers.
Andrea Weiss is president and CEO of Retail Consulting Inc., an international consulting firm. For more than 25 years, she has held executive positions in the retail industry including President of Delias and Guess, Chief Stores Officer of The Limited Inc., and Director of Stores for Ann Taylor.
Andrew Gaspar has more than 30 years experience in private equity investing. He is the Principal of Gaspar Global Ventures. He founded Schroder Ventures US Fund and co-founded Lauder Gaspar Funds. He was a partner at Warburg Pincus & Co. and spent 10 years with RCA Corp. in various finance and development roles.
Ernie Pomerantz has more than 40 years experience in public market, private equity and venture investing. He was the former Chairman of StoneWater Capital LLC, partner at MESA Partners and Warburg Pincus & Co. and Vice President of Kuhn Loeb & Co. Ernie is a director of a number of private companies.
Advisory Board Member
Marijo Bos is based in Madrid, Spain. She is an established global leader in the design and delivery of international programs geared to complex and ever-changing organizational, team, and individual leadership needs. In addition to being the Managing Partner and Founder of Bos Advisors, Marijo serves as President of the PWN Global Network connecting 24 cities, 18 countries powered by 250 volunteer board members supporting the global community of 90 nationalities.
Advisory Board Member
Herb Kleinberger is the owner of ARC Business Advisors and an Adjunct Professor at NYU Stern School of Business. He spent most of his career building and leading the retail consulting practice of Price Waterhouse/PwC Consulting. He later joined IBM where he was global leader for the retail strategy practice, publishing several landmark whitepapers on the future of the retailing industry. A graduate of the State University of New York with a B.S. in Computer Science, Professor Kleinberger also received an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
